This film is about the honored agricultural worker of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Semyonovich Bobr. He was born in the village of Pogoreltsy into a peasant family. From an early age he began working the land. He graduated by correspondence from the Goretsk Agricultural Academy. And all his conscious life he worked in SPK “Agrokombinat Snov”.
He worked his way up from a field farmer to the first deputy chairman of the farm board.
During his conscious labor activity he managed to pay attention to every meter of agricultural land of his small homeland. Loyal to the land, loyal to the labor collective. He feels that with the time-tested peasant experience, which is complemented by a precise scientific approach, the land will always be happy with a good harvest.
